Cinco de Mayo is always a good excuse for margaritas, right alongside Taco Tuesday and, honestly, any day of the week. Our family has a favorite Mexican restaurant we frequent regularly, and the size of my margarita order depends entirely on the kind of day I've had.
What I love about this version is the strawberry twist and how cold and refreshing it is against the heat. The biggest decision left is what to eat alongside it — and the bigger the margarita, the less that decision seems to matter.
