Out of the three cocktails I made for St. Patrick's Day one year, this one was hands-down my favorite — you can see me fussing at myself in the video because I couldn't stop going back for "just one more taste." Consider yourself warned.
It's sweet, a little nutty from the amaretto, and dangerously easy to drink.
Ingredients
- 2 oz. Irish cream liqueur
- 1 oz. Kahlua
- 1 oz. amaretto
- 2 oz. half and half
Instructions
- 1Combine all the ingredients in a shaker with ice, cover, and shake vigorously.
- 2Strain into a martini glass, or divide between shot glasses.
