I'm not much of a beer drinker myself, so this one isn't exactly my cup of tea, but I can absolutely see why anyone who loves beer would be into it. Whiskey and Irish cream dropped into a stout like Guinness? That's a serious crowd-pleaser.
This was one of three cocktails I put together for St. Patrick's Day, and it's the one built specifically for the beer lovers in the room.
Ingredients
- 12 oz. stout beer (like Guinness)
- 1 oz. whiskey
- 1 oz. Irish cream liqueur
Instructions
- 1Pour the beer into a glass.
- 2Combine the whiskey and Irish cream in a shot glass.
- 3Drop the shot glass into the beer and drink immediately.
